All Buchert Audio purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your plugin for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Once a refund is processed, your license is deactivated and you are expected to uninstall the plugin from all machines. Continued use of the software after a refund is not permitted.
If you purchased the Complete Bundle and wish to return only one of the plugins, we can issue a partial refund for the price difference. Contact us and we will arrange it.
We encourage you to download and try the free demo version before purchasing. The demo is fully functional (with periodic audio interruptions after 30 minutes) and has no time limit, so you can thoroughly evaluate the plugin before committing.
